The hotel offers a great value for money with its reasonable prices. The beachfront location is a major plus, allowing easy access to the beautiful beach from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The rooms, especially the renovated ones with kitchenette, are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread at the hotel is varied, providing different options for guests to choose from.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

room was the best. We asked for a premium room with an ocean view and it was amazing. You'd get up and go to bed looking at the sea. mattress was very comfortable, shower was wide and terrace is a great attraction. hot water comes out very fast and with good pressure.

The thing we liked the least was the quality of the food. It is a huge buffet because dozens and dozens of people eat breakfast at the same time, but there is not always everything. There is no Serrano ham or cheese (only sandwich slices), it is all battle food: mortadella, bad sausages, pastries, artificial juice (it was phosphorous and if you took a while to drink it, two phases appear in the glass). There is no cut fruit, only loose pieces and in some cases they are scarce. They always put whole pineapples in the middle of the fruit table, I don't understand if I have to ask for a knife from the kitchen and peel the whole pineapple on my table. There is a lack of care in that kind of detail.

The rooms on the 6th floor with sea views are a M A R A V I L L A . They have a glass railing which, together with their large window, allows you to lie on the bed and see the sea at your feet. It is worth paying a little more for these rooms. A joy that has no price, if you see the sea in less occasions than you would like. :). The exquisite food, all goodiiiiiisimo. The desserts, ummmmmmmmmmm. There are soda handles, water and BEER in the dining room ( naaaaaaaa ) jajjaaj. The animators have the sky "ganao" (to get a raise, hehe). The staff (ALL) is charming.

The only problem (banal) is that I had to leave without checking out because the time of entry of new customers coincided with my departure time and there was a single queue for everything. I'm talking about a queue of about 50 people. . When I entered, they gave me some bracelets (which open the door) under a 10 euro deposit, which you get back when you hand them in. Well, I kept them as a souvenir. :) . My only request to the hotel is that they create a line for the check out because, whoever leaves, is quite sorry to leave. jijijiji. I'm already collecting for next year to repeat in your hotel (you activate my bracelet and that's it, hahaha). Thanks for everything. Inma

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach. Being at the first row to the beach means you can easily enjoy the sun and sand whenever you want. It's also great that they have a private swimming pool in a relaxing garden, providing an alternative to the beach for those who prefer it.

The stay at this hotel was great and there is little to complain about.

staff is very friendly and attentive. rooms and bathrooms are spacious. bed and pillow are really comfortable. You can walk to the beach inside the hotel or outside (in both cases it's just 5 minutes). entrance of the hotel is quite nice, reception and terrace to have a drink right at the entrance.

terrace is very narrow. We asked for a deluxe room with sea views and it did not correspond with the ones in the pictures that come out where the bed is facing the sea. Even so we didn't care much about it and we met a couple who complained about the same thing and they changed one like that. so in principle we suppose that there would have been no problem in asking for the change, lifts are especially small and especially slow. means that they are always full and queues form and you have to wait long enough to have to put it here as a negative thing, There are times when you really take a long time waiting or watching the doors open and not fit a soul. Mention aside the buffet restaurant that is very crowded (despite being September) and food. although there is variety, is not very far away, Soft potatoes. skewers although made on the outside, somewhat raw inside (not all of them), Many of the tables are too low for the chairs there are. so you eat a little bent over, As for the breakfast. it is even more crowded and food is rather normal, In short. I do not recommend the restaurant especially, although it is good for an unforeseen event,

Original decoration, staff treatment, music and activities for children, etc.

It was pretty good, restaurant and hotel food, in general, can be improved, not only in terms of variety, also in quality (industrial and not crispy or freshly made pastries, industrial and not freshly squeezed juices, inconsistent jam, poor quality fried foods, hard Sunday churros, etc. Personally, I would not recommend including half or full board. On the other hand, directions from the hotel to the swimming pool and to the beach exit are not very clear. Signs with precise indications on how to get there are missing. It is easier to leave the hotel and go to the beach than to venture through the corridors to find the direct exit, as you have to go through the apartments and it is a bit confusing. the elevators should be faster, as there is a huge line to go up.

Next to the beach, with a mini supermarket and cafe nearby. Clean rooms with a kitchenette. Good value for money.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach promenade and the center of town. It was great to have a swimming pool on site, both for adults and children. The availability of free parking was also a bonus.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The staff had difficulty speaking English and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for assistance.

Spent Christmas at a hotel by the beach and it was awesome! Really enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast, with fresh bread and delicious sausages. Plus, the private swimming pool was a fantastic surprise, very relaxing and clean. , the location was perfect for me, only a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room could have been a bit better. The heating in the bathroom didn't work and the room was a bit cold at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a lovely coastal town and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was situated right on the beachfront, allowing for stunning views and easy access to the beach. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to help with any requests and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms had a kitchenette, which was perfect for those who wanted to prepare their own meals. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was impressive for the price. There was a good variety of options, including different types of bread, sausages, eggs, and marmalade. It was a great start to the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there is very little that I believe could be improved.

The hotel is ideally located, right next to the beach, making it convenient for families with small children. it is situated in the centre of Matalascañas, allowing easy access to various amenities and attractions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a kitchenette for preparing meals and a balcony to enjoy the ocean view. The staff is friendly and helpful, responding promptly to any requests or inquiries. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Communication can be challenging as English proficiency among the staff is limited.
